Story teller by choice - Chapter Kevadia
Today, I wanted to share something deeply personal that has unfolded during my recent training in Ankaleshwar, Gujarat.
Story telling -What began as a fortunate diversion to escape the chaos of my work life has transformed into an essential part of my identity.
Life can throw challenges our way from right, centre, left, but ultimately, it is up to us to determine how we respond. Over the past, as I navigated my training away from family and missed my little one, I discovered moments that sparked joy and creativity within me.
One particular highlight was my visit to the Statue of Unity in Kevadia Gujarat. Standing before this magnificent monument honoring the Iron Man of India—the visionary who united our country’s princely states—was a truly transformative experience.
I found myself reflecting on the hormonal rush that followed as I stood there, gazing at the statue.
My Dopamine surged, igniting bursts of creativity.
The release of Serotonin flooded me with happiness, easing the weight of my worries and concerns.
I felt the Endorphins kick in, and in that moment, I was in an alpha state of bliss, floating above the Narmada River, enveloped by the beauty and significance of the surroundings.
Interacting with the local culture—indulging in the delicious Gujarati and Katiyawadi cuisine and exploring the wonderful sites—has not only fed my body but also nourished my soul.
As I continue to embrace this journey, I'm reminded of the importance of balance. Each experience, each story shared allows me to connect deeper with myself and the world around me.
Thanking God for letting me share this experience with you. I look forward to catching up soon, perhaps over some good food or a story of my own!
